I did this painting practice using Mixer and Live Oil brushes in Adobe Fresco on my Windows PC.
This software is not as sophisticated as Photoshop obviously, but it is powerful enough to learn digital painting from traditional painters. Its simple and clean software interface is great for my small 13-inch Cintiq, that's exactly just what I need for my painting practice!
